About the execution order

Step 1. The employer submits the application to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs that issued the work permit.

Step 2. Within 03 working days from the day on which the complete application is received, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs reissues the work permit.

In case of refusal to re-issue, it must reply in writing, clearly stating the reason.

Step 3. Only applicable to foreign workers performing labor contracts

After the employee is reissued with the permit, the employer and the employee must sign a written labor contract before the expected date of continuing to work for the employer.

Within 05 working days from the date of signing the contract, the employer must send a copy of the signed labor contract to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs which reissued the license.
