Components and quantity of dossier: 01 set of dossier, including:

1. Written request for a work permit of the employer (made according to a form)

2. The health certificate or health certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of signing the health conclusion to the date of filing the application.

3. Judicial record card or documents certifying that the foreign worker is not a criminal or examined for penal liability issued by a foreign country (within 06 months from the date of issue to the date of filing the dossier ). In case the foreign worker resides in Vietnam, only the judicial record issued by Vietnam is required.

4. Proof of document is manager, executive director, expert or technical worker

5.2 color photos (4cm x 6cm, white background, straight face, bare head, no colored glasses), taken within 06 months from the date of application.

6. Copies of passports or other valid papers replacing passports or valid international travel papers in accordance with the provisions of law.
