Procedures for official dispatch to Vietnam

Scan of business registration certificate or investment license

Scan face of valid passport

Visa / card with valid entry to Vietnam (if any)

Work permit (if any). If you do not have a work permit, replace it with: Proof of the relationship between the two companies, the company in the host country and the company from Vietnam; Decision sent to work; Employee identification at the company in the host country.
